Econia Labs is a pioneering Web3 company on a mission to provide decentralized finance (DeFi) infrastructure for the next generation of open finance. We are dedicated to building a liquidity layer that empowers seamless, secure, and innovative financial solutions. As we expand our footprint in the Asia-Pacific region, we're looking for a driven APAC Social Media Manager to elevate our brand across key social platforms, including, but not limited to, Twitter, Discord, WeChat, and Telegram.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Engagement: Develop and execute a social media strategy that boosts brand visibility, engages the community, and amplifies the Econia Labs tech.
- Content Creation: Produce and curate compelling, platform-specific content that resonates with our APAC audience.
- Community Interaction: Be the primary communicator on platforms, engaging with users, answering inquiries, and fostering discussions about Web3 and DeFi.
- Insights & Collaboration: Monitor trends and collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with company goals.
- Promotion: Use social media to promote events and collaborations, amplifying our reach and impact.
What we're looking for
- Experience in social media management with a proven track record in the APAC market.
- Fluent in English and either Chinese or Korean, with stellar communication skills.
- Strong understanding of DeFi, blockchain, and Web3.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement.
- Creative, analytical, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
