Econia Labs is dedicated to building DeFi infrastructure for the future of open finance. Our mission is to create a liquidity layer that facilitates seamless and secure financial solutions. As part of our expansion in the Asia-Pacific region, we are seeking an APAC Ecosystem Growth Lead with a deep understanding of DeFi, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to the APAC market, identifying opportunities for expansion and collaboration.
- Partnership Development: Forge meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, platforms, and communities within the Web3 and DeFi space.
- Community Engagement: Lead community engagement efforts, organizing events and initiatives that align with our mission and growth objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the APAC region.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to ensure ecosystem growth strategies align with company-wide objectives.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in ecosystem growth, business development, or a related field, within blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 sectors.
- Deep understanding of the APAC market’s regulatory, cultural, and technological landscape.
- Strong network within the DeFi and blockchain community.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Chinese, Korean, or other APAC languages highly desirable.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple projects with a results-driven approach.
